Hey guys..

As we know the medicine industry is more about making money than actually making peoples health better. That and the scary fact that im living in a 3 world country where they more or less take a pill whenever their toe nail breaks made me want to learn more about alternative ways of treating my body..People eat Pharmaseutical drugs as it was something they couldnt live whitout when the fact is your probably better whitout..In Nicaragua getting pills even whitout resept is like buying milk at the supermarket..Pills that has been banned from other countries because of their side effects and chemical drugs such as sleeping pills and antibiotics. Its an easy solution and problemsolver but its not really helping in the long run..


Did you have a bad day at home? Car didn`t start? O well, we have some anti depressive pills that will make you feel better..Braught to a head to set an example, but this is unfortunately one of the effects that a low education system brings.. Its quite common in Nicaragua to graduate with a degree whitin for example psycology at the age of 20. These students starts their 5 year education at age 15...you do the math. I must add that this do not go for everyone practising medicine and psycology here, but still it gave me the jumpstart to dive a littlebit more into the world of natural healing and medicine. That way i could discover the magic of eating natural greens from the garden and use this to not only cure my diseases but prevent them from occuring and ofcourse decrease the use and necessity of chemical drugs.


Im not trying to turn you into crazy health freaks, just sharing easy tips we all can do that might make a difference for our immune system..My only ulterior motive beeing because i want you all to have long, healty and good lives and ofcourse the longer we live the more we can play..With good help from my "Spanish teacher" who knows something about everything (we always end up studying everything BUT spanish)I´ve written some facts about garlic and onion which both have alot of good benfits for your body..Angel (his name) always gives me nutrition tips, especially if im sick.. His face twists a little everytime i mention the the word anitbiotics..So here goes..

Eat Raw Garlic!

• Treating Urinary Disorders: For those suffering from burning sensation during urination, onions can provide considerable relief. The patient should drink water boiled with onion.

• Prevention of Cancer: Onions are rich in active compounds that successfully inhibit the development of cancerous cells. According to Peace Healt onions have been useful for treating human diseases like tumours coughs and cold. They also state that onion consumption can help prevent stomac hand breast cancer.
  

• Relieving Earache: A few drops of onion juice may actually prove immensely beneficial to individuals suffering from acute earache. (tingeling) The ringing sound in the ear may be cured by applying onion juice through cotton wool.

And here is Angels recept for the ONION Smoothie. It may sound so-so but its actually quite good! Not like a chocolate-banana shake ofcourse, but still not to bad i think. Try it! Heres what you need to make the shake! Put it in the blender, mix it and enjoy your super healty booster!

I cant belive how amasing moments light and nature can create!! My workplace this week...

I want to be a Fjällräv...

For months I have had this need to be outside all the time. Like, sleep in tent, eat moss and try to catch some fish. Just hang out with mother nature and get away from material things
But of course that's not who I really am so i decided to start of soft with an 8 day camping trip.

Soo...of I went with the Dirty mustach crew; Emil Eriksson, Marcus Lindström, Paul Arthur Lockheart. A small part of Team Uganda and my roomie Mikkel Jörgensen also came along.

Me and Mikkel went to Geilo to collect the crew and then we hit the road totally elated for what to come. Lucky as we were we had photographer emil in the crew and he's responsible for pretty much all the great pictures from our trip!

Mikkel kept me company in my car and he was so exited to se a Lemming, but all we saw was dead once all over the road
But we ended up making a really good song about Lenny the lemming. We had a hilaroius drive and were totally surpriced over the great amount of snow all over Hardangervidda...
